Job Description:
Bradley Insurance Group is looking for an Agent/Producer to join our team. We are a multiple lines insurance agency with an emphasis on commercial insurance, worker's comp, life insurance and long-term care. We have a team of about 12 including account managers, a risk managers, office manager/bookkeeper and producers.
 
This is a position for a commercial producer/agent. We supply all the tools needed to be successful in prospecting, marketing, quoting, and closing business. Once the new business is issued, the client transitions to the service team for all service issues so our producer has more opportunity to follow new leads and grow their income.  
 
The base compensation plus commission range is $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 and benefits. 
 
Prior insurance experience and a property and casualty license is a must. Your experience does not have to be in commercial insurance. Responsibilities
  • Prospecting, networking and sales 
  • Identify, qualify and develop commercial insurance opportunities with new and existing clients in person, by phone, and through written communication.
  • Quote new business.
  • Sales presentations and renewal meetings with prospective and current clients.
  • Foster and maintain excellent relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Collaborate with team members and participate in formal and informal meetings.
  • Maintain CE and Insurance License.
 Qualifications
 
  • Property & Casualty License required.
  • Strong ability to cold call and build relationships.
  • Strong communication skills, organization skills, and work ethic.
